Don't you just adore this delicate young lady with her pink wings? As she languishes for caring adoption parents, Butterfly stretches out her tiny paws to you and wishes she could really fly to your home.

The head and limbs of this hand crafted mini teddy bear were carefully made of vintage longpile upholstery velvet. I used vintage medium upholstery for her body and paw pads. She has wings made of painted feathers.

Butterfly was filled with lots of love, mohair and a mix of glass and steel granules. They give her just the weight needed to make her easy to pose. She can stand, but remaining seated is easier for her.

This small girl has black glass eyes and an embroidered nose.

Fully jointed, Butterfly easily moves her head, arms and legs.

Her sizes are 2 2/8" when she is sitting, and 3" while standing (excluding antennae).

Butterfly was adopted on the 13th of February, 2007. She now lives in the USA.
