His friends sometimes make fun of Laurence by calling him the bookworm of the woods, but he just can't help loving to collect and read as many books as he can. After hunting for titles in bookstalls you will find him reading in his favorite chair for hours and hours...

Laurence was carefully made by hand using smoky long pile upholstery. He is filled with mohair, a lot of intelligence and glass and steel granules. The granules give him a nice weight, ideal to make him sit comfortably and to stand if he really wants.

Laurence looks at you through his pair of black glass eyes. I embroidered his nose. His paw pads were made of ultra suede. I knitted him a warm spencer, and made an old bow to wear around his neck. The book he reads is filled with pictures of bears, and he sits on his favorite armchair.

Thanks to his 5 joints, Laurence easily moves his arms, legs and head.

His sizes are 2 7/8" when he is sitting, and 3 7/8" while standing.

Laurence comes with his book and armchair.

Laurence was adopted on the 28th of May, 2008. He can sit in his chair in the home of his adoption mother in the USA.
