Once she sits in her bathtub, it is hard to get Naida out. She loves to play in the water, even long after she has washed the mud from her paws. She splashes with her facecloth and often needs more than one towel to make everything dry, but at least she is very clean then. Naida was carefully made by hand using long pile upholstery velvet. She is filled with mohair, a love for water and glass and steel granules. The granules give her a pleasant weight, ideal to make her stand and sit comfortably. Naida looks at you through a pair of black glass eyes. I embroidered her nose. Her paw pads were made of ultra suede. She wears an old ribbon around her neck. Her bathtub is of metal, and I made her towel and facecloth of terry. Both have an embroidered border and a piece of flower fabric embroidered on top of them. Thanks to her 5 joints, Naida is able to move her arms, legs and head. Her sizes are 2 2/8" when she is sitting, and 3" while standing. Naida comes with the facecloth and towel, in her metal bathtub. Naida was adopted on the 18th of June, 2008. She will be living the rest of her days with her adoption mother in the USA.
