How to adopt one of my artist bears

So charmed by bears and anything small, the ideal hobby for me was creating miniature teddy bears. When people started asking whether they could buy my bears, I decided to create unique little friends for adoption by collectors all over the world. Over 100 of these Bright Bears, as we call them, already live in warm houses around the globe...

Payment

You can pay for the adoption of a Bright Bear through PayPal. You do not need an account with them to send me money, because you can use a major credit card as well. Please make sure I receive your payment within 7 days after you decided to adopt a bear.

PayPal has over 100 million members in more than 100 countries. It is used by buyers and sellers on eBay, online retailers, online businesses and traditional offline businesses. PayPal will never reveal your bank account or credit card details to me, and they are always actively protecting you and me from fraud.

Shipping

Your Bright Bear will usually be shipped within 24 hours after I receive the payment notification from PayPal. Your packaging and shipping contribution will be US $9.00, I pay the remainder.

If you live in the Netherlands, I will send your bear using TNT Post "Zeker Pakket". Your bear will be insured, and you can trace her journey from start to finish. You need to sign for receipt of the package. TNT Post will usually deliver your bear one day after my sending.

If you do not live in the Netherlands, I will use TNT Post Airmail "Internationaal Pakket Basis", including priority service. TNT Post advertises 5 days for delivery, but from my own experience it is safe to say your bear will arrive in approximately 10 days in the European Union, the United States of America and Canada. A shipment to other countries may take up to 15 days. Your bear will not be insured, and you can not trace her journey. If you want those features, you can contact me for your shipping contribution (which will be up to US$25).

Refunds and Exchanges

Bright Bears come with a money-back guarantee. They should absolutely delight upon arrival at your home or your money will be cheerfully refunded. Just make sure your Bright Bear is sent back in the same condition she left my home. Your postmark should show a date within 7 days after the bear arrived at your home. If you return a bear later, I can not refund your payment. If the bear returns in time and in good condition, I will happily refund your payment (but not the return shipping costs).

My bears are crafted in a non-smoking environment, and are made to become adult collectibles. They are not intended or safe for children. Don't let them play with Bright Bears, but use my creations to enrich your collection instead.
